  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of receiving your order.

  • During holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

HerTime is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

 

 

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

 

  1. Take photos of the package and items.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Email: support@hertime.co with your order number and photos.

 

We’ll do our best to replace or resolve the issue quickly.
