Hertime's Refund Policy

We hope your HerTime box brings comfort, care, and connection. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it better.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

 

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Refunds are only applicable to non-perishable items (e.g., unopened skincare, unused accessories).

    Perishable or personalized items (like tea, snacks, handwritten notes, and pads/tampons ) are not eligible for return.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on:

 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., teas, snacks)

  • Personalized items (e.g., handwritten notes)

  • Digital content

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Shipping fees (unless due to our error)

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.

Attach photos and your order number so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
